Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SARD community ecosystem, including the website at https://sard.community, the member application (“The School”), and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating a School account, signing in via Telegram, or using any SARD service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create a School account. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

School accounts are created and authenticated through Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs under your School account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Member Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another member, SARD team member, or any other person or entity.
• Create multiple School accounts to manipulate missions, streaks, or leaderboards.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or data.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Services.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members through the platform.
• Misuse the SARD name, logo, branding, or content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Share, sell, or transfer your School account to another person.

XP, Progression & Cosmetics

The School features a gamified progression system including XP, ranks, badges, cosmetics, and Sardine evolution stages. These elements are community recognition features and have no monetary value. They are not blockchain assets, securities, or financial instruments.

XP, rank, cosmetics, and progression data may be reset, rebalanced, or modified at any time as the ecosystem evolves. We do not guarantee that any progression level, cosmetic, or badge will remain permanently available or unchanged.

Wallet & Blockchain Interactions

If you choose to connect a wallet, you do so at your own risk. The Services may display public wallet addresses and read on-chain data from Robinhood Chain. We never request private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases. You are solely responsible for any blockchain transactions you initiate. We are not a custodian of your digital assets and cannot recover lost or stolen tokens.

Intellectual Property

All SARD branding, artwork, Sardine designs, School assets, logos, and content are the property of the SARD community and its contributors. Member-generated content (Captain Name, motto, bio) remains the property of the member, but you grant SARD a license to display it within the Services. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of SARD intellectual property is prohibited.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website or within The School constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. All content is provided for general educational and community purposes. $SARD is a digital asset on Robinhood Chain. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

Independent Project

$SARD is an independent community project built on Robinhood Chain. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates.

Forward-Looking Statements

Roadmap items, feature descriptions, and future plans are aspirational and may change. Nothing presented as “Planned,” “Future Release,” or “Concept Preview” is guaranteed to be delivered. Roadmap priorities and timing may evolve without notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SARD community and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on its content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services (if any).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes through in-app announcements or official community channels. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
